Can I add my company details to my audit reports?
Yes, company details, including a logo and signature, can be set up in Profile, You can access the Profile page from the main screen.
Can I change the color of my profile and report?
You can customize your profile and reports to match your company colors. For the app color, you can choose the colors from the Profile page. For your report, you can choose your colors from your site then clicking on the menu icon in the top right corner and choosing the option Report Color.
How do I create a new site?
To create a new site, simply tap on PROJECTS then on the + button.
Is there any limit to the number of snags and notes or projects I can create?
Nope! You can create unlimited snags, notes sites, and projects. Please keep in mind that slower devices may struggle to handle a large number of sites with lots of images.
Can I open and close a site and/or a snag?
Yes, you can close each individual snags and notes as well as the entire site simply by choosing the status as ACTIVE or CLOSED.
Can I rename a site after creating it?
yes, in order to change the name as well as other details of the site, simply open the site and click on the site image or sire details.
My Audit Reports are too big to send via email, is there any other way to send them?
You can easily upload the report to a secure Google cloud storage and share the link via email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.
Can I preview what an audit report looks like before I share it?
Yes, you can see the report when you create it as well as previously created reports by clicking on the menu on the top right corner of your site.
